Christmas Around the World
In December, 2011, Alabama Baptists experienced the celebration of Christmas in Ukraine, Guatemala and Haiti at WorldSong Camp in Cook Springs, AL. These are Alabama State Board of Missions partnership countries.
Participants had the opportunity to:
- Meet missions partners from the featured countries
- Learn about ways the Christmas message is taken to the persecuted church
- Taste unique, indigenous foods
- Enjoy the lights adorning the campus
- See nativities from around the world
- Shop at the "Market"
- Hear the Christmas story read in multiple languages
