Women's Ministry

Women’s Ministry with Alabama Baptist Women partners with churches and associational leaders statewide to build Christ‑centered ministries for women. Women are hungry for authentic relationships, deeper biblical literacy, meaningful ministry, and practical guidance for everyday life. We equip leaders to create environments where women grow spiritually through intentional prayer, authentic community, and a focus on missions, evangelism, and discipleship.

Through training, encouragement, and statewide and regional networking, we desire to help women recognize and use their God‑given gifts, respond obediently to His calling, and launch and strengthen women's ministries that foster lasting spiritual growth.
